Order processing time takes roughly 10-15 business days 

After orders have been processed, Delivery time for local orders is 2-3 working days, for international orders the delivery time is generally 5-7 working days.

We advise all customers to carefully review both their shipping and billing information prior to checking out, this is to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.

For Paypal users, kindly ensure that the shipping address is the same as the confirmed address on your Paypal  account to avoid any complications and delays. 

International customers (outside of Germany) are to pay for any inbound duties, taxes and or any other fees which your local Customs authority may claim if applicable. Black Beauty Beauty Bar cannot refund these fees as they are not paid to us but to your local carrier or government.
